Suite Booking Policies
Payment
Due upon making your vacation rental reservation:
50% of the total rent due
Security deposit of 25%
Due 2 weeks prior to check-in:
Balance of the rent
We will contact you with details on check-in at time of receipt of final payment.
Security Deposit Returns
Security deposits are returned after an inspection insures that the property has been left in acceptable condition within 30 days of your departure.Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing and must be delivered prior to your arrival dateIf the cancellation is 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, payments for the rent, taxes, and security deposit will be returned to you.
For cancellations less than 30 days, we will attempt to find a substitute tenant If a substitute tenant is found, all payments for rent, tax and security deposit will be returned to you. If we do not find a substitute tenant, we will retain 25% of the rent, and the rest of the deposit, tax and security deposit will be returned to you.

Local Coop Market, for food and wine, available three blocks away. Larger Hannaford grocery store about 2 miles from suite.
Local Farmers' Market every Friday from May - October in Downtown Belfast - walk to it!.
Young's Lobster Pound in East Belfast provides lobster and steamers - to cook yourself or just have them cook 'em and bring them home to enjoy on your deck!
Laundromat is available 3 blocks away for your laundry needs (sorry - no onsite laundry facilities).
Wi fi available at the Belfast Public Library and at Bay Wraps and Scoops Ice Cream on Main Street. Also available at Mr. Paperback at the Reny's Plaza.
